how are you paying for college?
are you taking student loans? scholarships? grants?
i’m fortunate enough to have a trust fund set aside for me as well as a couple scholarships and i still can’t fully afford the college i want. how are some of you doing it? are loans more common than i thought they were? i’m so confused.

Loans, I don’t know many people who don’t get them really. There’s a reason why there is about to be a trillion dollars of student loan debt this year.

yes i will be up to my ears in debt after college…
but you dont have to pay off student loans until AFTER youve been out of college for 6 months…

i would say the majority of college students use loans these days if they don’t have full scholarships or a solid college fund. fafsa offers some decent ones when you apply for financial aid and a lot of banks do too, that’s what i did.

i do loans. you get a 6mo grace period after you graduate to start making payments. i’m staying an extra 2 years for my masters so i can have longer to decide what i wanna do. just research it, they’r not that bad
